Student houses for Northumbria students
Northumbria University's City Campus is on the north-east edge of the city centre, a short hop from Jesmond. Most of our houses are a walk of around 15 to 20 minutes away, and Jesmond and West Jesmond Metro stations get you into town in a few minutes.
That puts you in the part of Newcastle students tend to choose for second and third year: quiet residential streets, Jesmond Dene on the doorstep, and Osborne Road's bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes of most front doors.
Our houses have four to nine bedrooms, from £155 to £190 per person per week, with no agency fees. Mixed groups from Northumbria and Newcastle University share with us every year.

Can we mix Northumbria and Newcastle University students in one house?
Yes. Jesmond sits between both universities, and plenty of our groups are a mix of the two.
Do you charge agency fees?
No. We charge no agency fees, and your deposit is protected in a government-approved scheme.
Can we view in the evening or at weekends?
Yes. We do viewings early until late, seven days a week. Just WhatsApp to book a time.
